The hands of our Homo Faber, guided by ancient knowledge, transform natural raw materials into unique furnishings, destined to last over time, becoming more and more beautiful.

Behind the expert creation of each of our wooden products is the strength and soul of solid oak. Carefully selected from certified forests, this noble wood with unique grain is masterfully handcrafted by our Homo Fabers in the heart of Brianza using ancient techniques that guarantee maximum durability.
The strength of oak allows our products to adapt to every need and makes them easily repairable in case of scratches and dents.
We love every aspect of this precious wood, especially its timeless beauty and the natural warmth it gives to any room.

TRADITIONAL
Ancient techniques for modern furnishings
We preserve the knowledge and craftsmanship of our fathers by passing on and still using ancient techniques of woodworking and joining. And we continue to do so because we have not yet found techniques capable of guaranteeing equal resistance and durability.
One of the distinguishing features of our furniture, for example, is the use of the mortise and tenon joint. This ancient carpentry technique consists of joining two pieces of wood through a precise and resistant joint. Unlike modern joints made with screws or glue, the mortise and tenon create a solid and long-lasting bond, which strengthens over time.
This choice is dictated by our desire to create furnishings that resist wear and tear and that can be repaired and restored over the years.
The fact that we have made the right choice is demonstrated by the fact that our furnishings are passed down to our children and we often find them offered at important prices in prestigious vintage galleries.
WITH CARE
Hand polished with pure cooked linseed oil
Each of our solid oak furniture pieces is a unique piece, the result of careful craftsmanship. To enhance its natural beauty and protect it over time, we use only 100% natural cooked linseed oil. This treatment, performed entirely by hand, penetrates deep into the wood fibers, preserving its elasticity and enhancing its texture.
We offer three exclusive finishes: Natural, which leaves the light and delicate tone of the oak unaltered; Florentine, a traditional polish that gives the wood a warm amber color, the result of an ancient Tuscan recipe; and Bruno, a more intense and elegant finish, obtained with the addition of ash, which gives the oak a fascinating antique patina.
Each finish is designed to enhance the beauty of the wood and create unique furnishings, designed to last over time.

Our fabrics are the result of decades of research into highly resistant materials with an eco-friendly soul.
A textile collection still made on jacquard looms by master weavers in our region, offering extraordinary wear resistance. All our fabrics are crafted with particular attention to design, durability, and sustainability, meeting the highest standards of abrasion resistance, flammability, and care.

ORGANIC
Natural and comfortable
We have chosen and decided that every detail of our products must be as sustainable and natural as possible. Even what you don't see.
For this reason, we make our upholstered furniture using Biogreen, a hypoallergenic, ecological and breathable material that combines comfort, elasticity and non-deformability with natural essential oils of ancient memory such as wool, coconut and linen.
And our mattresses, still crafted using the same manual techniques as the mattress makers of old, are no exception. The Aria mattress, for example, represents the pinnacle of rest, combining 100% natural latex and two layers of cotton to offer unparalleled comfort and a healthy, rejuvenating sleep.

Every detail of our furnishings is designed to excite and make them unique.
Even the screws are no exception, made to an exclusive design in fine turned brass, they are much more than simple fastening elements. They are true miniaturized works of art, masterfully crafted to enhance the beauty of the material and give a touch of extra refinement to each creation.

Even the screwdriver, rigorously in hand-turned brass, is a unique design object, a perfect complement to assemble our furnishings with care and passion.
And in full compliance with our production philosophy, nothing has only an aesthetic function. Our brass screws are designed to be easily replaceable and ensure that your furniture is always easily repairable.
Sustainability
Sustainable means lightweight
What does “sustainable” mean? For us it simply means “lightness”, in all its forms and declinations.
Visual lightness for example. because our products are designed without any desire to be the protagonist. They furnish and embellish your spaces without being flashy or cumbersome. It is thanks to this formal elegance that they manage to overcome fashions while always being modern.
And then constructive lightness, since we avoid decorative elements as ends in themselves. We act by subtraction to ensure that every piece, every part, every detail is functional. This also allows us to create extremely light and easy to handle furnishings and objects that do not produce waste of material.
